BIDEN, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Donald J. Trump for all offenses against the United States such as insurrection, treachery, business fraud, sexual misconduct, draft evasion, being an unregistered agent of the Russian government, tax avoidance, graft, voter suppression, mishandling classified information, slander, libel, and racial discrimination, which he, Donald J. Trump, has heinously committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from June 14, 1946 through January 19, 2025.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this tenth day of December, in the year of our Lord two thousand and twenty--four."
