PA is a swing state and Philly covers some of Delaware's media market (northern part) since that state is part of our tri-state area. Those ads weren't as prolific here out of Philly stations as they were in other areas of PA, and note that many ads, although appearing on "national" programming, are often more targeted in the local broadcasts of that national programming.
