... so I would have to assume that it is something specific to your browser/OS configuration. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess you are using Internet Explorer. If so, it probably has something to do with its security settings - which I have never been able to figure out.

First thing to do would be to try using another browser if there is more than one installed on your system (or even download and install another one). If you're stuck with IE and you're comfortable with making a few changes to the settings, the following might possibly get it working:

Add the democraticunderground.com domain to your Trusted Sites list (or whatever they call it - don't make me look it up!). This should let you set security settings for just this site, so you can relax the security level until the upload works. Then you can simply remove democraticunderground.com from your trusted sites and everything will be back to normal.

Of course, if you aren't using Internet Explorer, the above procedure is useless. The difficulty is probably a security setting somewhere (e.g. browser, operating system, firewall, etc.). It might help the Admins to know what browser, its version number, and the operating system you are using should you be unable to get the upload to work.
