I just double checked and found OhioChick -- I complied the list manually from the database so that was an unforced error on my part, sorry about that. I've just added her to the list.

She was having an issue logging in a week or two ago and I was trying to help her with that, but I haven't heard from her since I replied to her last email. It wasn't too long ago though -- I'll follow up with her this week.
