1. The sand is shifting under the foundations of the Retail Sector everywhere

and this is a good example of what is coming. I am not sure that retraining is always the answer as we know that many jobs will be automated and consolidated going forward. We need serious discussions in this country and world as to a guaranteed basic income along with meaningful and fulfilling work. I see most of that in the creative sectors such as the Arts and Sports along with the Trades, areas that are much more difficult for automation to make inroads.
