"New College of Florida has unveiled plans to erect a statue of conservative activist Charlie Kirk on its Sarasota campus, citing donor interest and requests from members of its community. The privately funded monument is slated for completion by the end of 2025, though its final location on campus has not been selected."
"It is not clear who the donors are, or whether support came from alumni, the general public, the board of trustees or faculty. The approval process, the cost and the artist and how they will be chosen were not revealed at this time."
