Btw no offense to you...I do not have any reason to distrust you, but technically one cannot take anecdotal stuff from the internet as gospel truth.

But assuming that this is true, that does surprise me. I had no idea there was such intense vetting for what (I vaguely assume) is a poorly paid job.

And polygraphs are I believe widely discredited. I suspect some other pseudosciences will be joining them soon. I am sure some corporation is going to peddle ai-based mental illness or fitness tests, which will probably be based on faulty science.
