political spectrum; around here they are Libertarians. That is BOTH the Left and the Right have the same attitude toward OWS & 99% Spring, but for different reasons.

Both do not want OWS & 99% Spring to succeed; the Left because it "doesn't go far enough" and the Right because it "goes too far."

So whatever OWS & 99% Spring ***ACTUALLY*** is (as opposed to what we are saying it is), it has that synergy between far Left and far Right added together, to destroy it or to let it dissipate, to work against. It has not only our status-quo problems to struggle against, but also new problems caused by antipathy for what it is, or isn't, coming from the Left & from the Right. Caught between, anything that OWS & 99% Spring could do about any of this would make the situation worse with one or the other element in what conceives of itself as a people's movement. This means that they are damned if they do and they are damned if they don't.
