16. I'm not sure you need to speak the language before you go

I didn't speak Dutch before i moved here. Granted we moved for husband's job so we had relocation help. I know nothing about France, but there are many expat groups in the Netherlands so i had an instant social life, and language classes are easy to find.

I'm not saying it's easy just that it's doable, with a lot of work.
