... is exactly what Putin installed him to do. Anyone that doesn't believe that can pound sand. Connect the dots; it ain't that hard. And the picture that emerges is glaringly obvious. We are being driven off a cliff by Putin's useful idiot. It would help if Putin got defenestrated ASAP, then his puppet wouldn't know whether to scratch his watch or wind his ass, and we can deal with the Orange Traitor appropriately.
