28. I understand but is this really defiance of civil authority or a call of alarm that this president must be stopped?

Thank you for your service and commitment to this country. While I wasn’t in the service I was active in speaking out and marching during those years. We had a memorial in our front yard for four years. We marked each loss of American service members there. Everything about that war was wrong. At that time you could still call all Congress members regardless of your state of residence. I would call each one and beg for the stop of such a devastating war. Unfortunately at this time the war has turned on this country and the people here. You will be hard pressed to talk with any congressional staff member at this time. At this point decorum is out the window. I feel like this action was as peaceful as could be and still receive the attention it deserves.
