With Trump in charge. They can see the disaster coming and will sit it out.

Trump proved

He doesn't have the stomach for any negative impacts from a war

Allies can't trust him (Israel)

He doesn't have the stomach to even fight a real war. If it goes beyond air raids he TACOs.

That the US under his leadership can't wage war effectively.
