23. IMO, this agreement to negotiate later

Yesterday

was done to keep gas from hitting $7/gal on the 4th of July, it would have devastated Krasnov.

That's what this agreement is all about, it has nothing to do with anything else, nothing to do with Iran not getting a nuclear weapon.
