We (humans) have a thin veneer of civility. Provide us a level practical anonymity, and only then will we show the content of our character, debased and shameful as it often may be. To acknowledge and realize and examine this ugly aspect of our nature is not to condone nor tolerate it, but rather ensure it receives the attention and the full consequence it has earned.

Otherwise, we become Barbie Bush telling everyone, "Why should I waste my beautiful mind on something like that?"
