AI use by the US government is ballooning. And the lack of transparency is troubling [View all]
No joke.
The billions of our tax dollars being shoveled at AI-related companies in shady deals is NOT getting the attention the magnitude of the corruption demands.
And this includes the horrific Medicare WISER pilot that pays AI companies a bonus for denying claims. Tying compensation to claim denial must be made a crime. It is an "incentive" that is beyond perverse.
