Like some rogue band of scientists sought to create the most noxious outcome of capitalism by raising a child in a box, giving him everything he wanted and teaching him nothing, not honor, or decency or math or science, or anything where the learning might require even the tiniest bit of effort. Not even how to balance a checkbook or compare the measurements of different things.
