9. What irritates me the most is that nothing is ever done to stop him before he does it.

It’s not as if he surprises us with his actions. He always projects what he is going to do, does it and then the courts try to back pedal his actions. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. If congress was around it might be different.
