They hire professionals to gild them again.
It was done in the 70’s. They have to do this every 25 years since they were installed.
It’s really just maintenance and the country should maintain these things. Every admin.
We start to look like a worn out shithole if they aren’t. I want our Monuments to look nice. We host millions of tourists annually.
