Biden was drugged - he was recovering from a virus, and his campaign said at the time the cold medicine he’d been taking made him a little “fuzzy”.

But he had been observably “fuzzy” for months prior to that debate, at a Hollywood fundraiser, on the Seth Meyers show (even with softball questions from Meyers) and other events witnessed by numerous people.
