11. It was built in the late '60s and opened to the public in 1971, so it probably does need some updating.

But Trump didn't decide to close it for two years for "renovations" until after performers started bailing out and ticket sales cratered - the move was to save face (and probably to tart the place up with Hobby Lobby "gold" stick-ons). Whatever work is needed can surely be done without closing it altogether.
