5. I expect memory storage technology will advance to the point that these data centers are obsolete.

My first home computer had 4 kilobytes of memory with no internal storage. Now you can get 4 terabyte drives that are the size of a two-inch ribbon for a fraction of the price. I expect this advancement in memory storage will continue, getting cheaper and more compact.
