1. If the Dems win, he might be treated like the criminal that he actually is.
2. If somehow the R's win, he and his husband might be rounded up for the concentration camps that his followers have been insisting where all gay men belong. So he might be treated like a criminal for something that should not be a crime -- but he has paid to demonize for years.

Seems so many Nazis, Nazi collaborators, and Nazi sympathizers ended up in South Africa and Argentina. Thiel will be just another despicable wanna be Nazi hiding from extradiction in Argentina.
