due to "inability to pay."

In my experience, the courts say "that's ok; we'll simply garnish 50% of your wages until your debt is paid."

When I defaulted on my student loans years ago, they didn't give a fuck that I couldn't pay; they reached right into my paycheck and siphoned off the maximum that they were allowed to take.

TLDR: Fuck Trump, and I hope Carroll gets $200B out of him.
