Chyron on Chris Hayes: One Hundred Percent of the Thirty Percent [View all]

With a new yougov poll out today showing trump's approval at thirty four percent and other polls even lower, that is the slice of the electorate that the Rs are going to get. And last night Paxton got that.

But that's meaningless now. Calling Talarico a "transgender" or "gay" will do nothing but
encourage those thirty percent or so to show up.

Now I've never been accused of being a genius at Math, but thirty percent of the electorate is not gonna do it for Paxton in the General. And I have never seen a candidate less capable of "pivoting" to attract the rest of the population. He so obviously has no desire or ability to do so.
