I discovered another purpose of AI, other than the crap videos online and making the very few extremely rich. [View all]

AI voice cloning scams are becoming widespread where a caller sounds like a loved one in distress, followed by an urgent demand for money.
Americans lost 893 million to AI related scams in 2025, including phishing emails and romance scams. And that's just what has been reported.
It's the birth of a brand new industry.
