Manipulation, dumping, leaking, false deal information on a weekly basis. If there has been insider trading on such information, there has, it isn't likely being investigated by this White House.

Has this kept actual prices down? Not so much. The futures market hasn't been strongly coupled with the actual price of oil for some time now. The assumption is the manipulation will continue...
