Based upon my experience, the photos of his dentition which I discussed in previous posts, it is possible that he requires procedure(s) which are not performable in the White House. This is not an oil change on a car, and it is entirely possible that he requires a periodontal surgical suite setup which MAY not be doable at the White House. There are issues which would make the procedure more reliably successful which may be particular to a specialty suite.
People classify Significant dentistry as fillings, crowns, and cleanings, and believe me there are many many things which far transcend them. Suppose he has a significantly involved implant which has to be removed. Trepidation, particularly of the upper arch is potentially risky due to possible sinus perforation.
