better their expense than mine. If I and a hundred thousand other customers "go paperless," will they then pass the savings on to their customers? No, they'll pass profits on to their shareholders, one of which I am not. If going paperless works fine for you, you have my blessing. It doesn't work for me. I keep meticulous records, largely for the benefit of someone down the line of succession in the event I buy the big ticket, but partly to be able to tell the IRS to go and fornicate a porcupine.
