As he’s a low-functioning psychotic sociopath, his words express the ignorance, sadism, delusion and super-inflated sense of self-worth that comes from a long lifetime of considering oneself the true and only center of the universe from the limited delusions that rattle about only in his teeny tiny and most evil monde intérieur. In short, he’s a worthless asshole.
