though mine was just a double bypass. Recovery didn't take long - but they don't let you lift anything heavier than a spoon for awhile - while your chest heals. getting out of chairs will be a challenge (you can't use your arms) Sign up for Cardiac Rehab if available (they have you exercise while wearing monitors)
