David Cameron was the epitome of U.K. Tory conceit.

He'd tell anyone who'd listen, that he was actually descended from King William IV (by way of the king's having raped one of his chambermaids, as it turned out).

He was also nobody's fool - and no doubt knew full well what Epstein was up to.
