this is what the republicans usually do:
- break the law
- enrich themselves
- weaken Democracy
- start wars directly or through the intelligence services
- enrich their families and friends
- break more laws
- lose an election they tried to steal
- pivot to arguing we should look to the future not the past
- apologize for misdeeds with no punishment or accountability
- wait until the next cycle and repeat
which is why we now have a corrupt supreme court that i trust less than the one in third world countries
