personal vendetta? This story was only investigated because she was an 85 year old woman. How many other detainees have their backgrounds investigated? I hate to think of the possibility that some people who have been detained/deported is because somebody ratted them out in exchange for money.

Also I'd look into this guy's past history. Has he pulled people over with no cause?

....younger son, Tony Ross, who she said was a retired Alabama state trooper now working at a federal courthouse....
