How about Rep. Jared Golden who isnt running for reelection and therefore faces no consequences for his decision voting against the Iran war powers resolution? Were simultaneously being told that Trump is the greatest extant threat to democracy, yet even putting stumbling blocks in his way seems to be too much to ask.
Having limited power isnt the same as having no power.
