Bringing a pet to the Bridge is the most painful part of having them in our lives. I just had to do this with the sweetest dog to ever walk the earth.
I want to leave you with this. The folks that came to the house (Lap of Love...absolutely awesome people), left a pamphlet that ended with this...
"How lucky I am to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard." Winnie the Pooh.
We never have them long enough, but they make our lives so much better while they're here.
