That is actually pretty close to me experiences with privatized education in the U.S.: EECS (2000-2001) & EECS adjacent departments filled with edtech shills (2011-2012) from Google destroying education in concert with bogus healthcare also from Google etc. destroying healthcare. I did get shoved into a straitjacket so I got screwed over by both privatized education and privatized healthcare!
