24. Undocumented aren't permitted to vote

But they (undocumented) are required by law to register for the Selective Service.
I can see that the incarnation and deportation of so many people will make the draft number of the real citizens more apt to be drawn to be drafted. Unless Krasnov makes the imprisoned fight his wars.

Almost all male U.S. citizens and male immigrants (documented or undocumented) residing in the U.S. must register for Selective Service if they are 18 through 25 years old. This includes dual nationals, refugees, and permanent residents. Registration is required within 30 days of turning 18, and individuals can register until their 26th birthday.
Selective Service (.gov)

Who Must Register:
Male U.S. citizens born on or after Jan. 1, 1960.
Male immigrants living in the U.S., including permanent residents, asylum seekers, and undocumented residents.
Dual nationals.
Residents of U.S. territories.
