The photo ID has your picture on it. We have a category for this on our acceptable forms of ID list. When your community has large numbers of college students, you can anticipate out of state licenses.

As an election judge, I would allow a voter with an address in the next county but registered in ours to vote. It would have to be provisional and would only include state wide contests but it would be counted
