Pretty sure Navy Brass would be as opposed to that as the Air Force & Army brass where regarding destroying all those civilian infrastructure were. Seem to recall piracy still being sort of illegal.

Even after they canned all the JAG people, flag officers know the rules. Trump/Hesgseth think everybody else is dumber than Trump/Hegseth
