4. Iran closed Hormuz again.

CENTCOM refused Kegsbreath requests to bomb civilian infrastructure in Iran, the only thing left for Krasnov to do was surrender or explain why the military was refusing to obey Kegsbreath's requests, they weren't orders (he was protecting himself) they were requests.
