2. I'm sure we'll get more info or disinformation soon , but why is ICE investigating a murder?

Somehow, I read Lyon’s statement in John Lovitz pathological liar SNL character’s voice and cadence. At this point, I’m leaning towards that language was added to color the incident for the purpose of lowering public outrage, but I could be wrong.
