4. I see nothing wrong with her statement

Everything she said about what she hopes to do is very likely the same as what she wanted to do before ICE detained her.

She is likely completely aware how big a story this was and knew she and her husband represent the strongest case for why what ICE is doing is wrong. She doesn't have to say anything about the evils of ICE - the story is already out there.

Even saying nothing, she is a perfect example of the genuinely good innocent people ICE is throwing out of the country after mistreating.
