And right to the point. Instead of whining about not having the votes, - they (congressional Democrats)should put them (congressional repugs) up against the wall and announce to the country (and the rest of the planet) exactly what they are doing, - and the devastating outcome will have their name on it! (25th will never happen, we need another artificial of impeachment)
