The Trump-induced suffering is becoming so widespread, there is no way to strategically target particular precincts with the limited resources available - there are more red districts flipping, and we only need three seat to retake the house.

He simply doesn’t have enough manpower to successfully interfere with enough people exercising their right to vote to change the outcome (that is, the inevitable Blue Tsunami), even with gerrymandering and voter suppression.
