Last Tuesday, a judge ruled that the current administration's executive order blocking federal funds to NPR and PBS was unconstitutional. We're grateful for this outcome — and for your support of Rocky Mountain PBS.

But to be clear: This ruling does not restore federal funding for RMPBS or any other public media organization. The headlines around this situation can be confusing, so we wanted to emphasize the following:

Congress voted to eliminate federal funding for public media last July. That decision stands.
