Parents charged after toddler enters outer fence of wolf enclosure while they were on cell phones [View all]

Toddler crawled thru small opening..parents had walked away and were looking at their cell phones.

Wolf grabbed kids hand.

Bystanders saved kids, then parents noticed commotion.
