Lutnick is probably the least-evil member of the Trump Administration.

One has to understand that asking who's the least--evil member of the Trump administration is kinda like asking who the least-dirty NFL player was when the only three choices you get are Night Train Lane, Bill Romanowski and Vontaze Burfict, but it is what it is.
