2. One possible change is the jungle primary, but with ranked choice voting

This would keep the non partisan feature, but would preclude 2 people winning with 15 percent each unless they were a second, third, nth favorite.

It would also mean not needing to push people with no real chance to drop out. I would love it if some polled to get the matrix defining first, second ... Choices.
