His Superintelligent AI is really shy and you need to respect his privacy!

Sam, my Dude, any investment in scientific exploration is an "Intelligence New Deal". And the New Deal wasn't a dartboard of ideas, it was carefully thought out and discussed to the point of fisticuffs before Congress signed off on it.

You haven't even defined reasons for the "Superintelligence" you want funded, so why should anyone give you money?
