So when anybody starts pointing out how many millionaires there are doing well, ask them how many poor people are hanging around.

True in America since Reagan. They used to brag about how many millionaires were being created while ignoring how many people were dropping out of the middle class into poverty. Do you think that making more rich folks will help the homeless? I'd say it isn't.
